Privacy Policy

We attempt to collect as little information about you as possible. This site runs no analytics, serves you no advertising, and tracks nothing. The only personal information we ever receive about you is what you deliberately send us through our Connect form.

What we collect

Only the Connect form, and only when you choose to submit it: your name, your email address, and the answers you give about your project — what you’re making, a few details about it (such as its scale and timing), how you found us, and anything else you choose to add. We don’t ask for anything we don’t need in order to reply to you.

How it’s handled

This site is hosted on Netlify, and the Connect form is delivered through Netlify Forms. When you submit a Connect form, your message is transmitted to and stored by Netlify so that we can read it and respond. We use it solely to reply to you; we do not sell, share, or repurpose it. See Netlify’s privacy policy for how they process form submissions.

Drafts stay on your device

While you fill out the Connect form, an in-progress draft is saved in your browser’s local storage, so you don’t lose your place. This draft never leaves your device unless you hit submit, and clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

Cookies & tracking

None. We set no tracking or advertising cookies, run no analytics, and build no profile of you.

Fonts

The typefaces on this site are served by Adobe Fonts. To display them, your browser loads the font files from Adobe, so Adobe receives standard request information (such as your IP address and browser type) for that purpose. This is used solely to deliver the fonts, we receive none of it, and it feeds no analytics or profile of you.

Your choices

If you’d rather not share anything with us at all, simply don’t submit the form. To inquire about what we hold about you, or to have your message deleted, please contact us at support@emergentimagination.net.
